Random I know, but I really do wonder this… because if you look at a raw blueberry (and duh the name blueberry), they look blue.
BUT if you use blueberry juice for a colorant, or make blueberry yogurt, or blueberry shake… it comes out quite purple. I’m so confused. I think they should be called purpleberries. How fun would that be?! But I digress.
Speaking of purpleblueberries… I mentioned something I was going to try, based on this post from over at CCK. And here it is!
I tried to make blue(purple)berry ‘yogurt’. It’s a fantastic idea based on adding a sugar (fruit) and a probiotic to your whipped cream. Unfortunately… it didn’t work for me. I’m SAD!
That’s not to say that this isn’t a DELISH creamy fluffy blueberry “food-thing” lol.. it just isn’t yogurt. And I even tossed in a second probiotic capsule and let it go a 2nd night after it didn’t seem right the 1st day. But never fear I will try again!
D And ya know what, if it doesn’t work a second time? I’ll just eat blueberry whipped cream *giggle*
And on another purple note… Do you know what this is?
ACK! *sings* I’ll post pictures tomorrrrrooooow…… *heehee*!!
NOW. This blog needs at least ONE new picture of the cutest Beebits on the planet, wouldn’t you say? I agree. How’s about…… this one!

Ok so maybe not the CUTEST pic, but he was polishin off his FIFTH Tofu Devil (over the course of about 45 min lol) and I said Smile! So he showed me was was left. Hahaha! Be careful what you ask a 2 yr old for.....!
I think I’m gonna do a reminiscent post here in the next few days… want a taste?
Until then… peace out friends, have a GREAT evening!
